At the end of 2016, "IE JEnishbek Sardarbek" built a mini-factory for milk processing in the same farm in village of Boz-Bulun. In the beginning of 2017, the necessary additional equipment was purchased for production of cheese and starting from the spring 2017, the mini-factory produces only "Montazio" hard cheese and "Ricotta" soft cheese, as per the Italian technology. Milk is purchased from residents of Boz-Bulun village. At the moment, the production capacity of the mini-factory is up to 1000 litres per day and the mini-factory is certified according to the HACCP standard. The purpose of construction of a mini-factory for milk processing is the availability of constant milk production in its own farm. Due to the fact that the milk produced by its own farm is distinguished by its quality and fat content the year-round price for its own milk will be 18 soms.
