Promote quality T&L services to corporates, associations and individuals, so as to establish leadership position in Asian marketplace. Promote value-added lifestyle platforms (Golfing, health & beauty) to T&L Members so as to strengthen membership loyalty and consumption. Launch diversified and quality T&L Membership Cards System to encourage incremental online/offline consumption, cement T&L Membership loyalty and increase revenue. Provide regular and quality T&L Updates to members through multiple e-platforms and social media, with professional communication and feedback/input mechanism.
