We undertake environmental management and planning studies, including, but not limited to, noise, air quality, water quality, ecology, asbestos, waste and land contamination, as well as environmental monitoring & audit. All senior members of the company are highly qualified environmental engineers and scientists with over 10-30 years of proven track records in environmental impact assessment and EM&A in Hong Kong, and are fully familiar with the Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance and other environmental legislation. Cinotech is certified to ISO9001 (2000) standards and all our environmental services are carried out to the highest quality standard.

Headquartered in Hong Kong, we are networked to regional offices at strategic locations in Mainland China including Guangzhou in order to better serve our clients. The use of advanced information technology and employment of local people with in-depth knowledge of the local needs ensure efficient and expedient service to our clients throughout China. We collaborate with overseas firms to transfer useful technologies to China.
