Cistri operate across many key sectors of development which are of relevance to the Belt and Road Initiative, including new economic zones and development areas, urban regeneration, infrastructure, real estate, culture, leisure and tourism.

Our Asia team is led by a highly experienced group of directors based in Hong Kong and Singapore, providing services supporting clients across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and beyond. We are supported by our parent company with over 600 professionals in 6 offices across Australia.

CaSO (HK) Engineering Co., Ltd was established in 2004 as a green product provider in Hong Kong. The Company has specialised in the development of the highly acclaimed AUGREEN Block wall system. We are a one-stop wall system solutions provider based in Hong Kong. AUGREEN Blocks are light in weight and are mainly used for internal non-structure wall, with strong fire resistance and enhanced acoustic insulation and loading capacity. As Recycled Gypsum is used in the production of AUGREEN Blocks, AUGREEN Blocks are qualified as a green product by the Environmental Protection Department. The products are widely used in government projects, residential projects, commercial buildings, hospitals, shopping malls and public places, and more than 300 projects have been completed.

The “Belt and Road” initiative advocated in China, we would target Shandong Province Guizhou Province and Chongqing as the first stage. Meanwhile, Malaysia AJIYA becomes a joint venture to develop, sell and develop desulfurized gypsum for commercial use.

The Chamber of Hong Kong Logistics Industry Ltd. (CHKLI) has been established over 14 years since 2005. CHKLI is the only Chamber of Logistics Industry in HK and is always dedicated to develop the economy and business for the logistics industry. CHKLI aims to use HK as a hub to facilitate the trade and logistics co-operation for the HK, Mainland China and overseas enterprises. Apart from the cross border logistics co-operations between Mainland China and H.K., members of CHKLI also developed businesses amongst the One-belt-one-road countries, such as Africa, Europe, America and Asian countries. Under the policy support of National “One-belt-one-road initiative” and HK government “ASEAN Free Trade Agreement” , CHKLI grasped the business opportunities for their members by signing co-operation MOU with ASEAN countries (such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia and Philippine, etc.. ) in November 2018. With the support of HK government, CHKLI is conducting a BUD project for the contribution of logistics industry by co-operating different logistics enterprises in the Great Bay Area.

AIM Group, headquartered in Hong Kong since 1998, provides valuable input at all stages of a major project, from design development, tender construction phases to successful project completion.  In 2019 AIM is celebrating 21 years of successful service to the engineering and infrastructure industry in the ASEAN region. We are strategically positioned, in Hong Kong and our regional Singapore office, to play a key role in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). We are particularly looking for partnerships with Chinese and other international infrastructure investors to participate in opportunities along the BRI route, especially in the ASEAN, Middle East and MENA countries. 

We aim to work closely with our potential BRI partners to provide informed investment management services utilizing our extensive knowledge of the engineering infrastructure and construction industry. AIM has unique expertise as well as a network of associates in the fields of programme management, risk analysis, risk management, infrastructure masterplanning, dispute avoidance and alternative dispute resolution. We encourage the use of modern technology in infrastructure management along the BRI route, where appropriate, through the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and we are set up to provide BIM management consulting services.
