Llewelyn-Davies Hong Kong Ltd (Llewelyn Davies) has been established in Hong Kong over 40 years, operating as an international multi-disciplinary design practice encompassing Architecture, Planning, and Interior Design. Through the acquisition of Percy Thomas Partnership (PTP) in HK, and through the several alliances that the firm has with design practices in UK, South-East Asia and China, the firm is able to draw upon the resources of a significant pool of specialist architects, including notably one of the world’s foremost signature eco-architect, Ken Yeang. The firm is well-known for its expertise in handling large-scale complex projects, in particular on special projects, in the sectors spanning commercial, aviation, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors. Our experience is built upon projects including Cathay City at Chek Lap Kok, which is one of Asia’s largest corporate developments within a single campus (HKIA Award, 2001; BCB Award, 2001); Lok Ma Chau Terminus & Immigration Halls; South-East Kowloon Development Plan (Hong Kong Institute of Planning Award – Silver Medal, 1994); Shenzhen International Airport; and under PTP, the University of Science & Technology, and the City University.
