Richard S.T. Chan had been working in the field of Engineering Consultancy Services for 20 years. The firm is now, under the management of Ir. Richard S.T. Chan.

Richard Chan & Associates Limited has been recognized is one of the most experienced practices in the field, capable to provide a comprehensive Consultancy Services from feasibility studies to design and project management for all residential, commercial, industrial and complex building and in particular of Mechanical and Electrical of Building Services projects.

Richard Chan & Associates Limited has registered membership over 30 years in Hong Kong Association of Consulting Engineers (ACEHK). The firm has been striving to achieve a harmonious and economic design of Building and it’s services, our directors and engineers have ample experience in the design and supervision of Air Conditioning System, Electrical work, lighting, Fire Services, Plumbing / Drainage, Water treatment and cooling storage system, etc.

The Directors have been keeping abreast of the latest Building Construction, Management and Building Services technique adopted throughout the world.

The firm’s activities cover all aspects of planning, design, construction, management and financial control of Building Services as well as the development of operational policies, appropriate of the particulars as to achieve full co-ordination of the overall design in the Client’s interest. Upon completion of the Building, the Client’s request a continuous liaison with us to monitor the installation and give on-going technical advice including energy saving devices of the system operation.
