MCAAL is a team of professional architects and designers having a wealth of experience, expertise in architectural design, project management, interior design, urban planning, landscaping design. MCAAL formerly as LCT Associates Ltd. was founded in 1988 and is formed into present structure in 1998. Now renamed MCAA Limited sin 2003. Our design philosophy emphasises excellence in design, response to the built environment and maximises the benefits to the client in both aesthetic and financial aspects. MCAAL's portfolio includes planning, urban design, retails, office, industrial, institutional, residential, Landscape Design and entertainment projects. Our practice also extends to other countries in Mainland China, South-East Asia and the United States.
