Vietnam -Bac Giang Province Guangming Industrial Park

The project is located in the Vietnam-Han Industrial Zone, 1A National Highway (Hanoi to You Yi Pass), Bac Giang Province, Vietnam, with an area of 199.5 hectares. Under the first phase, there will be 101.5 hectares of industrial land and 98 hectares of industrial land under the second phase. The Park is strategically located 40 kilometers from the capital Hanoi, 45 kilometers from Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport, 110 kilometers from Hai Phong, the largest port in northern Vietnam, 110 kilometers from Gaiyu Port, the deepwater port of Quang Ninh Province, and 110 kilometers from the You Yi Pass near the border between China and Vietnam. Within 3 kilometers of the Park, there are government administrative agencies such as the Customs, Industrial Zone Management Association, Public Security Bureau, and Fire Bureau, as well as banks, dormitories, hospitals, and industry training institutions. All you need for a decent and normal working and living life are there conveniently. The Park enjoys the following preferential policies: corporate income tax: for general import and export processing enterprises (free for two years, and reduced to half for four years); local bank financing in Vietnam: at an annual interest rate of about 3%.
