USA - Clearway Energy 652MW Portfolio Sale

Clearway Energy's sale of a 625MW portfolio of utility-scale solar projects.   The portfolio is spread across six states in the South and Southeast.   The portfolio is comprised of two in Florida: Thompson (50 MW) and Whitehurst (75 MW); three in Georgia: Dodge (70 MW), Seminole (69 MW) and Wilcox (75 MW); and two in North Carolina: Golden (43 MW) and Columbia (20 MW), the 94 MW Clark project in Arkansas; the 74 MW Five Circle project in South Carolina; and the 82 MW Taylor project in Alabama.  The projects are expected to reach Notice to Proceed (NTP) between 2020 and 2021, with commercial operation anticipated between 2020 and 2022.
