United Kingdom - Liverpool John Lennon Airport (10% Stake)

Liverpool Council's sale of 10% in Liverpool John Lennon Airport, in order to rebalance its preferred equity/shareholder loan arrangements on a pro-rata basis based on the new ownership structure.  Peel Group is also selling a stake - thought to be 50% - amidst its ongoing plans to sell part of its holding in Peel Ports.  Peel Group owns 80% of the airport, with Liverpool Council owning the remaining 20%.
