Ultra Energy Efficient Filter Media

Keno Nanofiber develops high-performance electrospun nanofiber filter media for air and liquid filtration. Our 500nm fibers provide mechanical (non-electret) filtration with >95% efficiency for sub-micron particles, at significantly lower pressure drop than conventional meltblown or glass fiber. This translates to longer filter life and 20-40% energy savings across HVAC, gas turbine intake, cleanroom, and industrial applications. We are currently under pilot with CLP Power Hong Kong under real operating conditions. Our QA framework follows ISO 16890 and ISO 29461-1 standards, and we have established a manufacturing partnership for pilot-scale production. We are seeking $500,000 in investment (total project value: $650,000) to establish a 200 sqm pilot production line, achieve full ISO/EN certification, and fulfill initial trial orders. We are open to contract manufacturing partnerships (CMOs) to produce our media under our quality framework, as well as joint ventures or equity investment for regional scale-up across Asia's growing filtration market.
