UAE - Dubai Skypods

The project involves construction of a suspended transit system that will link vital spots such as the Dubai Financial Centre and the Downtown with the Business Bay. Passing through the Happiness Street and runs up to City Walk, through tracks extending 15 km in length.

The project, which has 21 stations and an hourly transit capacity of 8,400 riders per direction, offers an urban transit experience featuring modern-designed electric pods passing through the towers of Dubai. Each electric pod will have four individual seats. The pods are set to travel at 50 kilometers per hour and stand at 7.5 meters above the city streets, supported by carbon composite beams, and will be able to transport roughly 20,000 passengers per hour along routes that are designed to cover the busiest areas of the city. It is characterized by stations that are unique in design and rail-supporting structures that extend along the track.
