The project requires funding for a 5-star hotel development within the resort as well as commercial, retail and residential developments.

R15-billion private investment on the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast. Expected to yield 10,000 permanent jobs and an additional 110,000 indirect job opportunities over a 10-year period during the various phases of construction.

Partnership required for the projects are both debt and equity investment partners and funders as well as resort operators.
