Solid Waste Management and Waste-to-Energy Project

The Project is proposed as a Joint Venture Project and will involve a private sector partner who shall perform the following undertakings: - Operation, maintenance and decommission of an existing sanitary landfill; - Design, finance, construction, operation and maintenance of a 35MW[1] Waste-to-Energy Facility; and, - Design, finance, construction, operation and maintenance of a recycling plant or materials recovery facility proposed to be located at the Existing SWM facility in New Clark City’s Sub-zone D.  2. The Project is intended to be structured and undertaken pursuant to BCDA's Joint Venture Guidelines.
