About this project
Green Point Scope 3 AI aims to develop an AI-driven solution to streamline Scope 3 emissions calculation and reporting for listed companies worldwide. Our AI solution leverages advanced machine learning and large language models (LLMs) to automate data collection, categorize emissions, and map value chain activities, enabling accurate and transparent reporting aligned with global standards and listed requirements such as HKEX, SGX and SSE.
**Data Integration**:
* Aggregate data from ERP systems, supplier portals, and travel records.
* Use APIs to pull spend-based data and regional emission factors from databases like EcoInvent, CDP, and IEA.
**AI-Driven Categorization**:
* Deploy LLMs to parse unstructured data (e.g., invoices, contracts) and map to 15 Scope 3 categories.
* Apply spend-based and activity-based emission factors for initial estimates, refining with supplier-specific data.
**Reporting and Visualization**:
* Generate audit-ready dashboards with real-time emissions tracking.
* Produce customized reports with transparent methodology documentation for management review
**Propose Shared Databases**: Develop a collaborative platform for emissions data across Belt and Road regions to enhance transparency and consistency.
* **Emission Factors Database**: Create a centralized, open-access repository of region-specific emission factors for materials, transport, and energy, tailored to Belt and Road countries
* **Value Chain Data Hub**: Establish a shared database for supplier and logistics data, enabling standardized Scope 3 calculations
