About this project
Background: With the continuing demand for development within the Central Business District (CBD) and the decreasing availability of land for lease, the project has come into place. Constructing vertically will eventually free up the presently occupied lots by SBMA offices and have it available to locators. Description: A seventeen (17) storey mixed-use building with an 80,750 square meter total floor area, situated along major access roads and sentry points. The majority of the structure will be leasable spaces, with three (3) floor levels to accommodate thirty (30) SBMA offices of its 700 employees. Design Concept: 1. Green Building 2. Financially self-liquidating 3. Serves as anchor for urban development of the Central Business District 4. Iconic architectural symbol of Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority
