RFID Fixed Asset Management System

The technology behind the fixed asset management system is the usage of the state-of-the-art radio frequency identification (RFID). The core benefit of using RFID in fixed asset management is that it no longer requires any line of sight when reading the asset information. This is said to be 90% more efficient then using barcode/QR code during inventory. Moreover, the technology allows user to locate a particular asset based on the signal strength between the RFID tag and the RFID handheld reader. In terms of the application and benefits, however, rely on our solid development of the system software that is capable of transforming all the captured data from the RFID handheld reader to some useful information. This includes functions of borrowing / returning / stock taking / disposing / transferring / searching of assets. What is more is the capability of generating reports of the aforementioned functions. There are also annual report and depreciation report available in our system.
