Operation & Maintenance of Single Point Mooring (SPM) System, Bangladesh

The project involves providing Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Services and Marine Services for the Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC) Installation "Single Point Mooring (SPM) with Double Pipeline System, Bangladesh". This includes complete management of the system with all auxiliaries and ancillaries in both on-shore and off-shore parts. The project is a major component of national energy infrastructure, located in Kutubdia-Maheshkhali (Cox's Bazar District) & Anowara-North Patenga (Chattogram district), Bangladesh. 

The project is funded by BPC's own funds. Eligibility requires at least 7 years of general O&M experience, the minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of at least 1 contract of similar O&M Services and Marine Services successfully completed within the last 7 years (or ongoing contracts of which at least 3 years have been completed) with a value of at least USD 75 million, average annual turnover of USD 35 million over the last 3 years, and liquid assets of USD 14 million. Joint ventures are allowed with a maximum of 2 partners.
