The Property consists of industrial land located along the northeast side of NCC Access Road (under construction), within New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac, Philippines.The Property is located along the northeastern side of Airport to NCC Access Road. It is approximately 1.4 kilometres east from Sky Blue Golf Club and Resort, some 1.5 kilometres southwest from Sitio Kalangitan Elementary School, about 2.4 kilometres west from Dapdap High School or roughly 3.0 kilometres west from San Pedro Elementary School.This proposed Industrial Park is envisioned to host manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and/or mixed-use commercial business enterprises that will generate jobs and spur economic growth in the New Clark City and the surrounding communities.
