Myanmar - Pathein Industrial City

Pathein Industrial City (PIC), is a carefully planned industrial city, designing for sustained success of investors and opportunists who are attracted to the growth of manufacturing and logistics hub in South-East-Asia, by offering them cost effective with efficient working environment. Services designed to minimize delays and a true One-Stop service for Investors (Port service - Shipping, Freight Forwarding Office - Banks, Insurance - Customs, Immigration Offices - Warehousing - Logistics Solution). The Pathein Industrial City Project covers about 2,700 acres of land, situated in Ayeyarwaddy Region. The first phase of the project (Zone A) is being developed as an Industrial Zone which cover about 1,250 acres of land and completion is projected to be in the end of 2019. The second phase of the project (Zone B) will be future development of Commercial, Residential and Industrial Zone extension which cover about 1,450 acres of land.
