PRW is an integrated prime beach development along the most popular beach front of Pangkor Island, Malaysia. PRW has commenced development since 2012 and by 2019, four phases have been completed and opened for business by the project owners which include a Tourist Class hotel, Villas, Duty Free Shops and a Federal Government Retreat owned by the Prime Minister’s Department of the Government of Malaysia. The 5th Phase and additional phases for Tourism and Commercial development are planned for 2021 - 2025 comprising: Duty Free Mall which will provide for Tourists retail, F & B and Fun Hub together with tourist accommodations - There is vast potential in developing Duty Free shopping as it has a catchment of some 10 million people within 150km radius at a travel time of about 2 hours drive via Expressway; Ark of Pangkor which is an icon for Pangkor and a centre for leisure activities; Resort Accommodations - Hotels and other form of accommodations - Pangkor Island has vast potentials for upper middle and luxurious class resort accommodation in view of an upsurge of demand due to its Duty Free status commencing Jan 1, 2020. All PRW land parcels are with legal land titles conveying ownership in perpetuity with zoning for Commercial and Tourism. As the prime mover for the project, our company looks forward to establishing collaboration with investors who will be able to add value to the the development in jointly undertaking the remaining 6 phases.
