Malaysia - Energy From Waste Plants (PPP Scheme)

Development of three Energy from Waste projects across Malaysia under a PPP scheme to meet its landfill diversion targets. Each plant would be required to process around 1,000 tonnes of waste per day and generate between 20 MW and 25 MW of power. The feed-in-tariff equivalent to USD 0.10-0.15/kW of energy.

Out of three projects, one will be constructed in Ladang Tanah Merah in the state of Kelantan.
