Two waste to energy projects in South Korea, the private owner is looking for bridge finance USD2.5 million as the priority for the first project; further financing are guaranteed and 50% or more equities can be sold if anyone interested after the project has been built; the assets can be included into the balance sheet of public companies in Hongkong or the companies are planning to go IPO.
