King Abdullah Medical City (KAMC)
About this project
The project, King Abdullah Medical City (KAMC), is owned by the Arabian Gulf University (AGU) and funded by the Saudi Development Fund. Phase 1 construction is complete with a 100-bed capacity hospital, and Phase 2 is underway. The vision is to expand into a fully fledged medical city with retail, residential, and other complementary facilities, anchored by world-class healthcare and teaching institutions.
We need to engage **hospital** and **university operators** with strong investment capability and proven track records in delivering high-quality, integrated healthcare and education services. The total project value is estimated at USD 100 million (hospital + teaching university).
