Kāinga Ora Roskill South Development

Kāinga Ora is a social landlord and urban development government agency. The Roskill Development is bigger than the name suggests, extending well beyond the boundaries of Mt Roskill itself. With over 10,000 new homes coming over the next 10 to 15 years, the renovated neighbourhoods, amenities and infrastructure, are only going to attract more investment and make this thriving suburb an even more desirable place to live. The development in Roskill South is part of the Roskill Development, it is replacing approximately 260 state homes that are past their best with up to 920 new, warm, dry, healthy homes. About 310 of these will be new state homes. The balance will be a 50/50 mix of more affordable homes, including KiwiBuild and long-term rentals, as well as market homes.
