Establishing a joint venture with Alango Technologies to develop and promote a line of disruptive solutions for hearing. Alango has developed technologies and a line of concept consumer electronics products that help people with hearing loss to hear better. While this type of products has a lot of potential, Alango Technologies lacks financial resources to promote it. Alango is planning to spin off this product activity, raise some capital to support further development, manufacturing and promote it worldwide.
