Indonesia - Sustainable Tourism Development at Likupang, North Sulawesi

Sintesa owns over 600 hectare plot of land in Likupang, North Sulawesi, and currently developing a sustainable tourism destination. The area of Pulisan, Likupang is amongst the highest priority destination by the Government to escalate tourism and this project land is located in an economic zone which provides great benefit in its taxes, facilities, etc. This sustainable tourism project provides endless opportunities to build such as luxury resorts, marinas, and theme parks.  Additionally, Sintesa remains very open to new ideas from outside parties.
