JIIPE is developed and managed by the joint venture between PT. AKR Corporindo Tbk and PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III, which is the biggest chemical and petroleum supply chain company in Indonesia and the state-owned port operator, respectively. The best combination of these shareholders enables JIIPE to develop the integrated industrial estate. 1. Industrial Estate (1,761 ha) It has 4 clusters for designated industries as below; - Clean Block Cluster : Food & Pharmaceutical - Liquid Block Cluster : Chemical & Petrochemicals - Smelter Block Cluster : Smelter Industry - Multipurpose Cluster : General Industry 2. Ports Estate (400 ha) With 6,200 m of total berth length and sea water depth of 16 m LWS, JIIPE seaport can cater capsize vessels until 100,000 DWT. This port estate has Dry Bulk Area, Liquid Storage Area, Gas Area, Cold Storage Area, Container Terminal, Bonded Logistic Center etc. 3. Residential & Commercial Estate (800 ha) Developed by AKR Land in the outskirt of industrial and ports estate. This lush and environmentally friendly estate supports our project with the balance between living and working, aiming for efficient and better quality of life. It is named as Grand Estate Marina City or “Gem City".
