Indonesia - Cathode Battery Manufacturing Facility

Cathode is amongst the products needed for lithium ion battery production and Indonesia holds one of the largest nickel reserves in the world (one of the materials needed for cathode and overall battery). Therefore, with lithium ion battery market on the rise, Sintesa is partnering with a Chinese company to open a cathode manufacturing facility in Indonesia. This joint venture aims to sell at least 10,000 tonnes of cathode to battery producers both locally and internationally.
