ILOILO-CAPIZ-AKLAN EXPRESSWAY (ICAEX)

A 210-km., six to eight lane mostly elevated expressway composed of roadways, viaducts, tunnel and long span bridge, traversing 22 cities and municipalities along three provinces in Panay. Full-access controlled toll expressway with four lanes.  It will start in the Municipality of Leganes, Iloilo which is strategically located proximate to the approach of the proposed Panay-Guimaras Bridge.
