Hong Kong - "Digital Logistics Office" Online Platform Development

To develop an online platform, which makes possible:
- the calculation of rail and inland service for routes in Europe, CIS and China (more than 400 routes of Belt and Road destinations are already installed).
- choosing the cheapest and /or fastest option - proceeding further with the bookings
- accumulating history of all the requests / orders/ shipments with actual status
- uploading the documents related to each shipment
- providing statistics according to the parameters chosen

This tool covers not only sea-freight, which is quite common already, but railway and trucking service in Eurasia. Geography and services can be added.

The perspectives of development:
WAY 1: To develop software to manage rates and logistics processes for all One Belt One Road services, including online tracing, cloud for documents, online bookings and online payments (like booking.com or ticket.com),
WAY 2: To connect all possible logistics options from different logistics providers on one platform. This instrument can be used by any supplier of logistics services but, and more important, that it can be used by any company, who has cargo to be moved.

Readiness:
- Created Calculator for Belt and Road service by containers by rail, which already accumulated 400+ routes and can calculate the fastest / cheapest and alternative option for rail shipments from China to Europe and Russia. And geography can be added without any limitation.
