Green Ammonia Offtaker

The consortium, comprising HBA Future Energy Pte Ltd, Zawawi Group, Trina Green Hydrogen, and PLN Indonesia Power Renewables\*\*,\*\* is pursuing the development of a large-scale green hydrogen and green ammonia project in the Sultanate of Oman under the Hydrom Green Hydrogen Bid Round 3 framework. ​ ​Located in Duqm, Al Wusta Governorate, Oman, the project integrates renewable energy and green hydrogen production with downstream green ammonia facilities in Special Economic Zone at Duqm (SEZAD), to produce approximately 350,000 ktpa of green ammonia for export. To promote green ammonia utilization and support long-term emissions reduction, the consortium is exploring potential offtakers and strategic partnerships with industries pursuing decarbonization initiatives, strengthening market visibility and enhancing the consortium’s prospects in the tender process​
