Filinvest New Clark City (Phase 1)

Filinvest at New Clark City is envisioned to create a future ready, environmentally friendly, sustainable and liveable setting encompassing mixed uses including industry and residential, nested in a vibrant live-work-play-learn environment.   Its 288-hectare development is the strategic center of economic activities that fosters the fusion of local and international investors.  Filinvest is looking for business locators or long-term lessees for the industrial park.   A 120-hectare industrial Park in New Clark City will be developed through a joint venture partnership between BCDA and Filinvest Land Inc (FLI).   The mixed‐use industrial area will house an innovation park, a research and development district, and a lifestyle mixed‐use district for hotels, office buildings and commercial establishments.  The Innovation Park is targeting industries from the light manufacturing sector, logistics, storage, warehousing, cold storage and food processing.  The first phase of the development has a land area of 62 hectares.
