Direct Osteoblastic Reprogramming

About this project
Direct Osteoblastic Reprogramming Technology By using a single native bioactive protein, insulin growth factor-binding protein-7, the technology can reprogram human fibroblasts of cells into functional osteoblasts. Market opportunity Directly converting fibroblasts into osteoblasts can effectively treat a variety of bone diseases and large bone defects. The methods currently employed by the medical community involve multiple factors and chemical mixtures, and their efficiency and safety are insufficient. A novel approach to gene reprogramming and trans-differentiation is urgently needed in the medical community.
