Development of NGAC Phase 2

The National Government Administrative Center is situated in a 200-hectare area within the Civic Center of the New Clark City. The development includes Satellite Offices for all the branches of the Government such as, the Executive Branch that includes the Office of President, line departments and their attached agencies, satellite offices of the Legislative Offices and the satellite offices of the Judiciary.   The development of the Phase 1A includes the construction of the sports complex that was used during the Philippines’ hosting of the 2019 Southeast Asian Games. This also includes the construction of the Integrated Disaster Response and Operations Center, 516-unit government housing facilities, 525-unit athlete’s village, and River Park. Meanwhile, Phase 1B involves the construction of additional government facilities.  BCDA is looking for private sector partners for the development of Phase 2 of the National Government Administrative Center.
