Data Center Development Partnership

PLN Indonesia Renewable (IPRen) is currently seeking potential **data center developers and investors** who are interested in developing data center facilities in Indonesia. Under this proposed partnership, IPRen’s role is to **provide and secure a reliable electricity supply** to support the data center’s long-term power requirements. The proposed business model is structured around a **tri-party power supply arrangement**. IPRen and its selected partner will enter into a **Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with PLN** for the supply of electricity. Subsequently, PLN will enter into a separate **PPA with the data center developer**, ensuring a reliable and sustainable power supply for the data center. Through this structure, IPRen and its partner will focus on developing and securing the required power supply infrastructure, while the data center developer can focus on the development and operation of its data center facility. This partnership is expected to create a **long-term, mutually beneficial arrangement** that supports the growth of Indonesia’s data center industry and the increasing demand for reliable electricity.
