Czech Republic - Aila virtual training bot

Aila is a training bot deployed inside a virtual enviroment. She is training soft skills and hard skills. The goal is to help new employees get used to working processes and get comfortable inside the company environment. Preparing them for certain situations and giving them an unforgettable experience. Thanks to artificial intelligence Aila is prepared for having an individual conversation with each employee. This bot is deployed in our key client project and we are testing it for global usage. The development of the first version took half a year.
