With 20+ combined years in M&A and restructuring, our team is well positioned to identify products or brands with either opportunities for growth, or, in a distressed position to install new teams and strategies to create incremental value. We are finalising the first project under this new structure with a major US rap star bringing their successful frozen food brand to the European Market - and intend to take them further. We are currently raising investment into our fund to deploy into new projects, and looking for IP/value creation opportunities.
