Brunei - Marine Maintenance and Decommissioning Yard

The Brunei Economic Development Board (“BEDB”), in collaboration with relevant government agencies, intends to facilitate the establishment of a Marine Maintenance Yard and a Decommissioning Yard in the country, with the objective to further develop the maritime industry and enhance In-Country Value.

The BEDB invites interested parties to submit their Expression of Interest (“EOI”) in Invest, Build and Operate a Marine Maintenance Yard and/or to Invest, Build and Operate a Decommissioning Yard in Brunei Darussalam.

Interested parties may be an individual company, consortium or joint venture with relevant experience in undertaking similar projects. Examples may include but not limited to experience in ship repair, shipbuilding, shipping, marine park operations, decommissioning, industrial waste management, offshore fabrication, etc.
