BethBio provides a series of innovating solutions for pharmaceutical companies to empower the development of new and better vaccines, including but not limited to: 1.Prediction of Virus Evolution and Vaccine Candidate Design Developed using viral genome analysis and bioinformatics modelling, BethBio is able to accurately predict the future dominant circulating strains of different viruses, such as Influenza and SARS-CoV-2. We can help pharmaceutical companies design better vaccine candidates that would provide stronger protection against circulating viruses and more resilient against future viral mutations, improving their chances of getting regulatory approval. For instance, BethBio’s design could improve the vaccine effectiveness (VE) of seasonal Influenza vaccines by around 20%, from multiple years of study and experiment results. 2. Real-time Vaccine Effectiveness Prediction: Enables vaccine manufacturers to evaluate the VE of their vaccine products or vaccine candidates in development immediately, which used to take 2-3 months; could also help governments and health authorities to evaluate the impact of new variants on vaccination protection and plan in advance. 3.
