Belarus - M10 Motorway PPP

The private partner will be responsible for the design, construction, finance, operation and maintenance (DBFO) of the 5 sections of the M-10 highway with a total length of 85 km. The contract will be availability-based for a duration of 20 years.   On top of availability payments, additional payments will also be available subject to the performance of the private partner. The availability payment will be paid in local currency but the government will compensate the preferred bidder for inflation and currency fluctuations. The M10 project is part of the government's strategy for developing the national transport infrastructure. The section to be redeveloped runs alongside the border with Russia, stretching from the city of Gomel to the city of Kobryn.
