Bacolod Coastal Expressway Project

The proposed project is 17 kilometers long from the north to south border of the city. It aims to provide an alternative route and faster lane fron the seaports located to the north and south of the city which translates to mobility, circulation and logistics easily available in the area while at the same time decongesting the Central Business District.
