Waterwerx is a SaaS technology company which has developed and industrial grade, powerful, AL solution, streamwiseDI (TM) to improve the operating efficiency of wastewater management. streamwiseDI (TM) has been commercially validated with 27 operating sites across Australia with household names including Nestle, Unilever, Mars Food, JBS and Fontara Dairy. Clients currently use streamwiseDI for process compliance, asset & chemical management Whilst original focus was food water waste the company is working with partners on city water (clean and sewage), mining sites and agricultural land. The technology has clear application in smart cities - urban renewal and new cities. As a technology company it will also grow by licensing. Funds raised will be used to leverage existing relationships with multinational companies in Asia Pacific, the Americas and Europe. The Company is planning a capital event within 15 months being an IPO or trade sale.
