Illawarra International Health Precinct is seeking an initial $200M USD to fund Stages 1 & 8 of this Unique Medical Project.

The Project Comprises 8 Stages. Each Stage sits on a separate Torrens Title. The Project will be completed in 6 Years with an estimated cost of 1.3Bn USD. It will provide a One-Stop Shop for all Medical needs.

Opportunity exists for the incorporation of Public Beds ensuring future Return of Investment.

This Major Private Tertiary Referral Hospital and Health Care Precinct is designed to relieve the Current and Future Over-Utilisation of Medical and Hospital resources in the Growing Region of the Illawarra/ South Coast/Southern Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia and to dramatically reduce the rate of misdiagnosis that is common where Medical Resources are stretched.

Equity in the Whole Project can be secured for an Investment of $200M USD in Stages 1 & 8.
