Alatau City

Alatau City is a new strategic city in Kazakhstan, located near Almaty along a major transport corridor connecting Europe, China, and Central Asia. It is being developed as a smart, technology-driven city with a special economic regime and a master plan through 2050. Alatau is designed to become a hub for innovation, investment, digital services, logistics, education, and future industries. The city is divided into four thematic districts: business, education and healthcare, industry and logistics, and leisure and tourism. By 2050, Alatau is expected to attract around 1.8 to 2 million residents, create up to 1 million jobs, and become one of the most important urban development projects in the region.
