秦巴山區道地藥食同源產品古法炮製及銷售推廣項目/Traditional Processing and Sales Promotion Project for Authentic Medicinal and Food‑Dual Products from the Qinling–Daba Mountain Region

This project is anchored in the high-quality, medicinal–food‑dual‑purpose production zone of Shiquan in the Qinba Mountains, leveraging the region’s abundant Chinese medicinal herb resources to carefully select authentic, geographically‑indicated raw materials. Drawing on time‑honored traditional charcoal‑fired processing techniques and adhering to such age‑old methods as nine rounds of steaming and nine sun‑drying, we have established the Shanyou Dao Charcoal‑Fired Paste Workshop, where we engage in the sophisticated deep processing of polygonatum‑based pastes, health‑promoting teas, and other products. Upholding artisanal craftsmanship and rigorously controlling every stage of production, we preserve the natural nutrients of our ingredients. We are committed to cultivating a local brand, standardizing our product lines, expanding both online and offline sales channels, and promoting Qinba‑style food‑as‑medicine offerings. This initiative supports the upgrading of the county’s Chinese medicinal herb industry, increases the incomes of surrounding farmers, and drives the high‑quality development of the Qinba Mountains’ distinctive medicinal–food‑dual‑purpose sector.
