Sunny World Investment and Development (SWID) is a real estate company based in Ho Chi Minh city, with wide range of projects from office, hotel, residential and industrial park. Established in 2009 and remained as a private company, with a team combining international and local experience, SWID managed large portfolio, with some landmark developments and some under construction and a large of pipeline. SWID with core business in real estate, but recently has reached out to other investment/development opportunities in infrastructure, value-chain agriculture, healthcare, logistics.
