Kepstar Data Centre Management Limited is a company incorporated in Cambodia with the aim to provide high quality data centre management (Tier III and above) services locally.
In 2016, the Company initiated feasibility studies on technical, regulatory and market aspects of digital infrastructure and assisted the government in relevant plans for digital economy policy of Cambodia. In the following year, the Company submitted a proposal to construct and operate Tier III data centres in Cambodia, of which the Government Data Centre will be hosted within the facility.
In 2018, the proposal was approved and the Company was awarded the first license to build and operate data centres in Cambodia. The initial license is 15 years, renewable at the end of each license period.
The Company is led by experienced professionals. Core management team have extensive experience in data centre construction and operation, financial, legal and marketing.
Our Head of Operation has over 25 years of data centre operation experience, and served on the Technical Committee of Info-Communications Medial Development Authority of Singapore. Our Project Director had built similar data centre for the Government of Bangladesh.
The management team is committed to ensure this project is a success. The Company is also able to facilitate investor exit at latter stage.
