Seagull Investment Group (SIG) is a Russia-focused real estate investment platform that seeks investors to share up-side investment potential of commercial real estate in the Moscow area and provide above-the-average market investment returns.
We aim to set up a Limited Partnership or a full-scale Real Estate Investment Fund (REIF) and act as the Fund's Investment Manager. SIG intends to invest in standing high-quality income-producing retail and office properties with stabilized NOI primarily located in the Moscow agglomeration - Russia's most developed real estate market and most populous area.
Members of the SIG team have gained extensive experience with a number of prominent Russian and Western real estate investment and management companies. Throughout their careers our team members have collectively managed real estate investment portfolio worth circa $3 bn and various properties with total area of about 1.35 mn sq.m.
