The project will be divided into key zones, including those dedicated to mobility, renewable energy, semiconductors, and logistics. The Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH), a public body affiliated with the Gyeonggi Provincial Government, is leading the development and is currently performing a feasibility analysis to assess infrastructure needs, investment prospects, and regulatory conditions.
